Table 6 summarizes the schedule for agency notification in both the temporary suspension monitoring plan and in the commercial production monitoring plan and for collecting verification samples and. During commercial production, a verification sample would be collected in the month following the first sample containing one or more elevated indicator parameters. During temporary suspension, a verification sample would be collected in the month following the second quarterly sample containing one or more indicator parameters that are substantially elevated. Notification would be made to the Director and other Regulatory Agencies within 5 days of processing the data reports from the lab for any constituents outside of the Permit Condition values in accordance with Table 6. If the first verification sample also lies outside of the Permit Condition Values, a second verification sample will be taken in the next month. A corrective action plan would be formulated in conjunction with agency personnel based upon the issue identified.
