During the February 14-15, 2007 Board meeting, the Board will consider a petition for
administrative appeal submitted by Jack Nickerson, of URS Corporation, on behalf of Rocker
Construction. Rocker Construction is the Applicant for the Rocker Gravel Pit application. The
petition seeks to overturn staff's interpretation that a newly proposed access road for the Rocker
Gravel Pit constitutes "affected land" as defined by Construction Materials Rule 1.1(3) and
Section 34-32.5-103(1 } C.R.S.

dated January 5, 2007, in which the Applicant indicated "road access changes" to the

which the Applicant indicated "road access changes" to the original application;
