When they realized they couldn't get any money from that then they went after Gold <br />Basin. Crosby and Mount both should have know your rules and regulations well <br />enough to see that we have 5 roads within our permit boundary. <br />On top of all that Mount sent forms never explaining that your department doesn't <br />have amendment forms. The forms he sent with no explanation were for a new <br />permit or a conversion! What kind of a specialists is this? <br />We never receive any paper work from your department that there isn't enclosed <br />some form of a threat!
