.;~. ~. <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF RECORD TITLE INTEREST <br />IN A FEDERAL COAL LEASE <br />THIS ASSIGNMENT OF RECORD TITLE ("Assignment") dated December 31, <br />2003 is from Bowie Resources Limited, a Colorado corporation, with an address at 2000 <br />Ashland Drive, Ashland, Kentucky 41101 ("Assignor"), to Bowie Acquisition Group, <br />LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, with an address at 1500 North Big Run <br />Road, Ashland, Kentucky 41102 ("Assignee"). <br />For Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br />adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby confessed and acknowledged by Assignor, <br />Assignor does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer and set over to Assignee all of the <br />Assignor's 100% record title interest in and to Federal Coal Lease No. COC-61209 (the <br />"Lease"), covering the following lands located in Delta County, Colorado: <br />Townshi~l2 South.
