CONNOLLY <br /> The Creditor, Darlene J. Fehr, by and through her counsel, Ankele, Icenogle, Norton <br /> & Seter, P.C., and the firm of Block Markus Williams, L.L.C., counsel to the Chapter 7 <br /> Trustee, Tom H. Connolly, submit the following stipulation to the entry of an order regarding <br /> the "First and Final Fee Application of Block Markus Williams, LLC for Allowance of <br /> Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses as Counsel for Trustee, Tom H. Connolly" (the <br /> "Application"): <br /> 1. The Application was filed on June 4, 1997, and a timely objection thereto was <br /> filed by Ms. Fehr. No other party has objected. <br /> 2. Block Markus Williams, LLC and Ms. Fehr have negotiated a compromise <br /> regarding the Application. They hereby stipulate to the entry of an order allowing fees to Block <br /> Markus Williams, LLC in the amount of $34,500.00, and costs totalling $1,675.56. <br /> 3. Ms. Fehr hereby withdraws her objection to the Application, and waives any <br /> further right to object to the entry of an order allowing fees and costs in the amounts stipulated. <br /> Block Markus Williams, LLC agrees to accept the stipulated amount and waives all rights to file <br /> any further application for fees or costs. <br /> 4. This stipulation has been explained by counsel and approved by Ms. Fehr. <br /> WHEREFORE, the parties stipulate to the entry of an order of this Court allowing fees <br /> to Block Markus Williams, LLC in the amount of$34,500.00, and reimbursement of expenses <br /> in the amount of $1,675.56. <br />
