Jan-19-2006 04:35pm Fran- J T-656 P.013/019 F-492 UNTfED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT Right-of--Way Grant Amendment Serial No. COC-38492 Expiration Date: August 23, 2014 This amendment entered into on August 18, 2005, by the Bureau of Land Management and Glenn Springs Holdings and Occidental Oil Shale, Inc., is hereby issued pursuant to Title V of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of October 21, 1976 (90 Stat. 2776; 43 YT.S.C. 1761): The purpose of this amendment is to authorize afoot-inch plastic mine water discharge pipeline. Sec. A. Details of Grant Amendment 1. Location of Amendment: The holder is hereby authorized to use, subject to the terms, conditions, and stipulations set out below, the following-described public lands: Sixth Principal Meridian, Colorado, Garfield County, T. 7 S., R. 97 W., sec. 25, N'/aSB'/~ 2. Description of Amendment: The holder is hereby authorized to use the identified lands to construct, operate, maintain andterminate afoot-inch plastic mine water discharge pipeline. 3. Dimensions of Amendment: The amendment authorized herein shall be approximately 1250 feet in length by 20 feet in width and containing approximately 0.575 acres. A map showing the location of the amendment across the above-described public land, special stipulations and standard stipulations are attached hereto as Exhibits A, B and C, dated respectively July 20, July 15 and July 15, 2005. This amendment maybe used only for the purposes specified above. Sec. B. Terms and Conditions All other teems, conditions and stipulations of the right-of-way gent dated August 24, 1984, remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Beguming 7anuary 1, 2006, until the grant expires on August 23, 2014, subsequent rartal requirements will be combined with the full gent. Sec. C. Execution and Agreement
