Some of the primary reasons for this include: <br />l) Permit required set aside violations continuing over several years to include <br />the present time. <br />2) Permit required reclamation as never been performed. <br />3) Permit requved salvage, storage, and protection of topsoil has not been <br />performed and is not being performed at the present time. <br />There have been several request by my family to the board to address these concerns over <br />the past . However to this date the board has elected to neglect and ignore its <br />responsibilities to enforce permit regulations. <br />I know that under the legal foundation of the MLRB, it is required to take steps to <br />address concerns such as the ones that I have stated. Therefore, I expect to be notified <br />within 14 days of the date of this letter as to what action the boazd has taken to stop and <br />correct the violations occurring at the Cash pit by Carder Inc. <br /> <br />William F Cash II <br />Cc: Various people and entities <br />
