1. Purchaser's promissory note shall be secured b~~ a
first deed of trust on the property, which deed of trust
shall not contain a "due on sale" clause.
2. Purchaser shall be entitled to partial releaser
from the deed of trust in return for principal payments pis

a. Purchaser shall be entitled to a partial
release of Seller's present residence and five acre:: of

c. Purchaser shall be entitled to partial re-
leases of areas other than those described in a and b
above at the rate of $830.00 per acre.
d. Purchaser shall provide a survey prepared by
a registered surveyor of any area to be released, which
shall show the acreage to be released, calculated to
the nearest one-tenth of an acre.
e. Any area to be released shall have a minimum
area of five acres.
f. No unreleased area shall be left without
reasonable access for vehicle travel to Plainview
Drive, which access may be via a dedicated road or. a
