As you are aware, this is necessary because the mining operation has affected
land outside the original designated 110 mining/reclamation permit area.
Accordingly, this memo and the attached pages comprise an application for a technical
revision in the Universal Peat Sand & Gravel 110 Permit. As there appears to be no
suitable blank form available for a Technical Revision Application, I have attempted to
include all of the relevant information in a form similar to that used fora 110 Permit
application.
Enclosed also are: (1) the required notifications to the Park County Commissioners, the
Soil Conservation District; (2) notification of pertinent adjacent land owners advising
them of the proposed Technical Revision; and, (3) the legal notice form submitted to the
Fairplay FLUME for publication.
Sincerely,
Charles Spielman
Attach: Detailed Information Regarding the Technical Revision Application
Encl: Required Notification and Publication Forms
Cc: Merrill Wright
