Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />This letter is to acknowledge the recent resolution of two permit stipulations, that were <br />attached to the Division's approval of Permit Revision Nc. 4 (PR-4). Stipulation 38 <br />regarding stock pond certifications was resolved by documentation submitted in MR-57 <br />(approved February 4, 2005), in addition to the 2004 annual certifications. Stipulation 34 <br />regarding certification of map Exhibits 3-1, 3-2, 3-3, and 3-4, was resolved by submittal of <br />the properly certified maps within TR-51 (deemed Complete on March 3, 2005). <br />Compliance with Stipulation 34 and Stipulation 38 has been demonstrated and both <br />stipulations are now terminated. <br />Please contact me i you have any questions. <br />-r- <br />Sincerely, <br />Daniel T.
