Depi. of (Y~9~_.ai f3esourcEs' <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company plans on constructing approximately nine miles of <br />fence approximately seven miles of which will be within the permit area. The <br />attached map shows the approximate location far the fence. The fence is being <br />constructed to protect newly reclaimed areas from grazing livestock on <br />adjacent property. Fence construction will consist of 32 inch field wire on <br />bottom (to control sheep) with two strands of barbed wire on top at six inch <br />intervals to control cattle. Overall fence height will be approximately four <br />feet. As can be seen on the map some of the fence will be constructed along <br />the edge of reclamation.
