There appears to oe four areas that are <br />questionable. It should be noted that where Peabody shows more than 12 inches <br />of soil MLRD shows less than 12 inches. Also, where Peabody shows less than <br />12", MLRD snows more tnan 12". <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />The areas listed below are outiinea upon each map exactly the same way. Blue <br />highlighter designates MLRD less than 12" of soil and Peabodv more than 12" of <br />soil, and Yellow highlighter designates MLRD more than 12" of soil and Peabodv <br />less than 12" of soil. The maps used for tnis sampling are lapelled <br />1) Exhibit 12-1, Operations Plan, March 24, 1988, and 2) Exnipit 3, <br />Cnronological Topsoil Replacement Map, October 21, 1988.
