In May of 2006 <br />representatives from the Division and representatives for Cotter Corporation conducted on site <br />visits of these sites. During these visits, issues related to local geology, groundwater, and <br />sampling of the sites was discussed. In response to those conversations, Cotter Corporation <br />submitted reports and proposed Lysimeter locations for the sites. The information contained in <br />the reports concurs with the conclusions and discussions in the field.
