Even thought she has indicated corrective action dates, the Division is at <br />liberty to modify those dates if circumstances dictate. I can assure you that at this point; the <br />Division is going to give you adequate time to resolve all identified issues. However, if progress <br />is not made, the Division can institute enforcement actions on any unresolved issues. <br />In response to your pazagraphs dealing with the Emma Enterprise 1 Prospect. I addressed this <br />issue in my previous letter to you. It is my understanding that the Division released you from <br />this prospect. We processed the request and returned the letter of credit to you by letter dated <br />November 5, 2004.
