He is also an associate <br />professor and groundwater/environmental hydrogeology program leader in the <br />Department of Civil Engineering at Colorado State University. Dr. Wamer has over <br />twenty years of experience as a practicing groundwater engineer and is the author of <br />over eighty technical publications and reports on groundwater. Dr. Warner has worked <br />internationally and is currently involved with the Egypt Water Use and Management <br />Project.
