A program called (?uickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order bD use a DAMS imaging CD <br />the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a aevv installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchax gpt~ be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain Elea with the .tif extension Thera needs ro be an image viewing application for .tif files oa your computer that <br />will hat~le single a~ multi-Page documents. On a Windows XP comptter, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Pichue <br />and Fax Viewer" or `Paint" and they M not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that cornea withpre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DRM3 has determined that a program called "IrfanView°, which can be downloaded item IrfanView.com, does work with <br />tZaickView. Altar downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DAMS does not support or endorse <br />this witware and the licensing a~ registration are the user's reaponarbility. There am many other programs that work as well, such ae <br />.'Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Inatructloua• <br />1. Insert the CD trop your computer. <br />2. /Allow time for the CD to install. <br />,3J Eject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD iMo the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Autonm, which mss the tZltickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autonm program <br />does NOT work, you will rteed to manually install the tZuickVttw program. <br />Instructions for manually installing tZuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD m can be viewed at www.minina.affite.co.us. <br />The Permit Flk dacament Imago can be vkwed In the receptlon area o[the DBMS oftlee or they can be parehastd on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/D VD porchax cost covers the tlme and labor o[ making the CD.
