Long <br />Division DIrMOr <br />Enclosed is the Division's Mid-Term Review for the Munger Canyon <br />Mine, conducted in fulfillment of Rules 2.08.3 and 3.02.2(9). <br />The mid-term review consists primarily of reviewing the permit <br />application, the findings document, field inspection reports, <br />recent revisions, phased bond releases, and the bonding document. <br />The main purpose of this review is to verify adequacy of the <br />performance bond, and to identify any areas of operations or <br />permitting that may be out of compliance with the Colorado Surface <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act. <br />Any revision(s) requested are set forth, along with explanations <br />for the request, in Section IV of the mid-term review document. <br />Please submit a technical revision responding to the requests <br />within 60 days. <br />Sincerely, ~^~ <br />Dan T.
