<br /> <br />Compensation Claims Related to Accidental Injuries After <br />September 14, 1985 (the "Motion for Relief from Stay^). <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Debtors' Motion for <br />Relief from Stay will come on for hearing before the Honorable <br />Judith A. Boulden, United States Bankruptcy Judge, on Wednesday, <br />the 10th day of April, 1991, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as counsel may be heard, in Judge Boulden's courtroom <br />which is located on the third floor of the Frank E. Moss Federal <br />Courthouse Building, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 27(a) of <br />the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court for <br />the District of Utah, objections to the Debtors' Motion for <br />Relief from Stay must be submitted in writing, filed with the <br />Bankruptcy Court, and served upon the undersigned counsel and all <br />other parties directly affected by the objection, on or before <br />Tuesday, the 2nd day of April, 1991. Absent timely filing and <br />service of objections, the hearing may be stricken and the relief <br />sought in the Debtors' Motion for Relief from Stay may be granted <br />by the Court without further notice or hearing. Additionally, <br />upon the resolution of any timely filed and served objections, <br />the hearing may be stricken and the relief sought in the Debtors' <br /> <br />2 <br />
