;~ <br />A:~CHMENT S <br />OSM SPEC'.AL STIPIILATIONS <br />1) The leassee will obtain a written agreement from all right-of-vay grantees <br />for permission to conduct mining and associated operations vi thin the area <br />of their right-of-vay or for relocation of the right-of -way to the <br />satisfaction of the grantee. *_f it is necessary co relocate a <br />rightrof-vay or easement, consultation shall take place between the <br />right-af-vay holder and the lessee. All costs involved is the location <br />will be borne by the lessee and a copy of this agreement vi_'1 be furnished <br />to the BIM. <br />2) Where underground mining is co take dace, monitoring for impact co known <br />site locations will be required is those areas vhere subsidence has been <br />determined co be oceuzriag, or vhere there is a passibility that it may <br />occu_~r. Areas to be monitored and schedule of monitori:rg will be <br />delineated by OSM is consultation with the Bureau of Land Management and <br />State Historic Preservation Officer and the company. All monitoring of <br />sites is to be carried out by a qualified archaeologist.
