;~ A:~CHMENT S OSM SPEC'.AL STIPIILATIONS 1) The leassee will obtain a written agreement from all right-of-vay grantees for permission to conduct mining and associated operations vi thin the area of their right-of-vay or for relocation of the right-of -way to the satisfaction of the grantee. *_f it is necessary co relocate a rightrof-vay or easement, consultation shall take place between the right-af-vay holder and the lessee. All costs involved is the location will be borne by the lessee and a copy of this agreement vi_'1 be furnished to the BIM. 2) Where underground mining is co take dace, monitoring for impact co known site locations will be required is those areas vhere subsidence has been determined co be oceuzriag, or vhere there is a passibility that it may occu_~r. Areas to be monitored and schedule of monitori:rg will be delineated by OSM is consultation with the Bureau of Land Management and State Historic Preservation Officer and the company. All monitoring of sites is to be carried out by a qualified archaeologist.
