Jebsen or
Charles V. Woodard at C.B.W. Builders, Inc. Its telephone has
been changed to: 241-6060.
I have just received the inspection report dated March 12, 1985,
which was delivered to the wrong address. With respect to the
recommendations, please note the following:
The pit is presently leased to Corn Construction Co.;
so far as we know, They have not ceased operations.
2. Warren E. Gardner has informed us he believes the slopes
around the lake have been revegetated wherever the pit
has reached maximum depth, generally to the South and
West. It appears therefore that the slopes have not
been seeded where the pit has not been completely exca-
vated.
3. As you know, the financial warranty problem has been
remedied.
I think I told you Charlie and I have recently assumed responsi-
bility for the Una Property. We'll be glad to cooperate with
you in any way we can.
Sincerely,
jj/sw John G. Jebsen, President
BUfLtR GBW IS AFRANCNIBED DE ALER FOR BUTLER BUILDING SYSTEMS
