As a result of the Division's adequacy letter, dated November 25, 1996, to Slurco Corp.,
regarding officers and directors for the Canadian Mine, the operator has submitted the
following package of information providing termination dates for various officers and
directors. Please use this information to update the AVS. KN Energy Human Resource
Personnel explained that officers are elected annually and termination from positions is not
always documented via corporate minutes, etc.
Please let me know if the submitted items do not answer all your concerns identified in the
November 25th letter. The items you identified that required update can be found in
