Corley
The Corley Company
P.O. Box 1821
Colorado Springs, CO 80901
Re: Request for Board Declaratory Order, G.E.C
Dear Dr. Corley,
Strip, C-81-037
In reviewing the letter of May 12, 1992, concerning the Board
request for a Declaratory Order, it came to my attention that I had
misrepresented your rights of appeal, as discussed in the last
paragraph of the letter.
If you are dissatisfied with the results of our review of the
alleged violations, you may request that the Director of the
Division, Mr. Michael Long, review the Division's action. You will
receive written notice of his evaluation within 30 days of his
receipt of your request per Rule 5.02.5(5). If you are
dissatisfied with the Director's response, you may appeal to the
Board.
If you are unhappy with this approach of converting your request
for a declaratory order to a request for an inspection to
investigate violations, you may contest our position at this
month's May 27 and May 28, Board meeting, as you are still on the
Agenda. Please let us know your position,
Call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~~~~ r ,.L.Q v v ,~
Catherine W.
