r <br />,. <br />.~ <br /> <br />may be heard, in Judge Boulden's Courtroom located on the third <br />floor of the Federal Courthouse Building located at 350 Sou~:h Main <br />Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. The Motion requests approval of a <br />settlement of this adversary proceeding between the parties. CF&I <br />brought this action against Defendant alleging that certain <br />transfers made to it constitute avoidable preferences under 11 <br />U.S.C. § 547(b). The parties have agreed to settle the mat'=er with <br />Defendant making a payment of $2,500 and being permitted to file an <br />unsecured claim in the same amount or an amended unsecured ~:laim <br />including such an amount. Copies of the Motion and the related <br />settlement agreement may be obtained by request from the <br />undersigned counsel for CF&I. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 523(b) of <br />the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the <br />District of Utah, objections to the Motion must be submitted i.n <br />writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served upon t:ae <br />undersigned counsel on or before Friday, the 11th day of June, <br />1993. Absent timely filing and service of objections, the :hea.ring <br />may be stricken and the relief sought in the Motion may be ~3ra.nted <br />by the Court without further notice or hearing.
