April 2, 1992 <br />27. CLEANUP <br />The CONTRACTOR shall at all times keep the construction area free <br />from accumulations of waste material or rubbish resulting from <br />his work. Upon completion of the work, the CONTRACTOR shall <br />remove from the vicinity of the work and haul all rubbish, trash, <br />garbage, and debris to a county-approved disposal site. <br />Additionally, the CON'RACTOR shall remove from the vicinity all <br />unused materials, and the like, belonging to the CONTRACTOR or <br />used under the CONTRACTOR'S direction during construction. <br />Cleanup is subject to the approval of the PROJECT MANAGER. <br />28. CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE CONTRACTOR <br />All correspondence from the CONTRACTOR to the OWNER shall be <br />submitted to: <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />(303) 866-3567 <br />Fax (303) 832-8106 <br />29. PERIODIC PARTIAL PAYMENTS <br />If the time for completion of the work is more than one month, <br />the CONTRACTOR may requisition and receive monthly progress <br />payments in the amount of ninety percent (90~) of the value of <br />the work completed to date, less the total of such previous <br />payments, if the CONTRACTOR is satisfactorily performing the <br />contract. The CONTRACTOR must submit his Social Security Number <br />or Federal Employer Identification Number with his initial bill. <br />30. ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT <br />Within ten days after the CONTRACTOR'S declaration of completion <br />of the work, the OWNER will make a final inspection of the work <br />to determine whether the WORK has been completed in accordance <br />with the purchase order contract and collateral documents. If <br />any punch-list results from such final inspection, the CONTRACTOR <br />shall promptly rectify all items appearing thereon. <br />MLRD-14 <br />
