Drill hole NM-24 will be located on your
property, Lot 12-C, Unit 3 of Rancho Escondido.
I have enclosed a copy of this Division's regulations which
pertain to the transfer of wells. Section 4.05.14 is the
appropriate section. References are given to Section 4.05.15 and
Section 4.07.1, 4.07.2 and 4.07.3 so I have also included a copy
of those regulations as well. I have also referred these
regulations to Basin Resources, as well.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
Joseph J Dudash
Environmental Protection Specialist
enclosures
JJD/krh
M: \OSSUCR}1\C LD NLG L H.
