ROl1D CERTIE'ICATION <br />hunger Canyon !line Road <br />This document is being prepared at the request of the Colorado Mined <br />Ind Reclamation Division and in compliance with Section 4.03.1 of <br />the regulations of the Division. Certfication of the design and <br />construction of the existing access/haul road is not possible <br />because the road was constructed prior to the enactment of <br />regulations requiring that the design and construction of haul roads <br />be ceartified by a registered engineer_ The actual construction of <br />the road took place during 1977 was not under the supervision of <br />a registered engineer and in some details deviates from design and <br />construction criteria contained in the regulations. These <br />deviations were minor end have had no effect upon the stability of <br />the road or the effect of the road on the hydrologic balance of the <br />area during the eleven year life of the road. <br />I, John H_ Halters, Chief Engineer for salt Creek Mining Company and <br />a registered engineer in the State of Colorado, Certify that to the <br />best of my knowledge, the preceding facts accurately depict the <br />history of road construction at the Munger Canyon Hine . <br />~TOTRL P.03 <br />-i <br />L- <br />
