He said that the <br />BLM claims no ownership of the fence between your and the BLM-controlled federal lands and <br />that it is entirely yours. As such, Mr. Sazama said no permission from the BLIvt is required to <br />complete repairs of your south (not north) fence line on that boundary. <br />Mr. Sazama also said that he is not aware of any complaints to date from the grazing lessees of <br />trespass by your cattle on BLM lands.
