The 18 Right <br />Bleeder Shaft and access road are located approximately 11 mites west of Steamboat <br />Springs, off RCR No. 179 and the entrance road to the former Fish Creek Tipple. <br />3. Reclamation Plan including contours. <br />See response to item 1 above. \ <br />4. Landscape plan including plant materials. <br />The site is to be reclaimed with pastureland seed mixture. <br />5. Weed control plan per Weed Control Act of 1996. <br />The site will be stabilized with vegetation and weeds controlled as needed. <br />
