The Post-Petition Slack lung Benefit Beneficiaries who <br />are or were members of the International Onion, Onitsd Mine <br />i~orkers of America (the ^ZJMWA") may be qualified to receive or <br />may be receiving pension benefits pursuant to the '[JMWA 1950 <br />Pension Plnn and Trust" or `UNWA 1974 Pension Plan and Trust" and <br />non-pension benefits under the •UMWA 1950 Benefit Plan and Trust" <br />or the "UMWA 1974 Benefit Plan and Trust.` Breen Affidavit q 4. <br />40. All of the [JMWA Plans and Trustc are industry-vide <br />plans and trusts in which coal mine operators and miners <br />participated. Breen Affidavit q 5. <br />i <br />41. All UMWA members are potentially eligible to receive <br />~ pension or non-pension benefits under thn UMWA plans from the <br />UMWA Trusts. The UMWA members need not have been employed by <br />CFfiI at all or for any minimum number of years to receive pension <br />oz non-pension benefitc under the UMWA Plans from the UMWA <br />Trusts.
