Percentage cover
results measuring vegetation, rock, litter and bare ground
showed the following:
Pit No. Percent cover
1 91.75$
2 .98.66°s
3 99.30%
4 98.00%
5 98.003
6 100.00%
Thu puraose of this letter is to transmit tae resuics o~
these transect studies and to alert you that approximately
200 sheep may graze the o_its during personnel absence from
the mine. The landowner does not have permission to graze
sheen on the reclaimed areas, but as you know, grazing in-
advertently occurs on the orooerty on an infrequent basis.
Based on the results of the recent transect Studies, we
believe no damage will occur if sheen graze the reclaimed
areas. Therefore, to release all parties from liabilities,
we request that sheep be allowed to craze reclaime3 areas
at l:he Grassy Gao Coal Mine.
