TABLES (Appendix B) <br />Table 1 -Summary of Organic Vapor Meter Readings <br />This table lists the results of field screening of soil samples with an Organic Vapor Meter <br />(OVM). Information presented shall include sample location, OVM reading, sample depth <br />(ft bgs), and an indication of whether the sample was analyzed at a laboratory. <br />Table 2 -Summary of Soil Laboratory Results <br />This table lists the results obtained from laboratory testing of soil samples. Information <br />presented shall include sample designation, sample collection date, sample depth (ft bgs), <br />and analyte concentrations. If any analyte was detected which is not listed on this table, <br />answer Ayes. in the AOther_=column and attach the laboratory analytical reports for <br />those analytes. Also include on Table 2 the rationale for sample collection, using the codes <br />listed in the foot note. <br />TVPH =Total Volatile Petroleum Hydrocarbons <br />TEPH =Total Extractable Petroleum Hydrocarbons <br />TPH =Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons <br />Table 3 -Summary of Groundwater Laboratory Results <br />This table must be included when water samples are collected and shall present the results <br />obtained from laboratory testing of water samples. Information presented shall include <br />sample designation, sample collection date, sample depth (depth below grade level when <br />collected from an excavation), analyte concentrations, and analytical methods. If any <br />analyte was detected which is not listed on this table, answer Ayes. in the AOther= column <br />and attach the laboratory analytical reports for those analytes. Sample locations must be <br />illustrated on Figure 5. <br />Table 4 -Groundwater Elevation Table <br />This table shall include the surveyed elevation of each well measured during this <br />investigation, the date of the measurement and depth to water and the groundwater <br />elevation. <br />SCR - 02/01199 <br />
