As I explain on the phone yesterday, Rrahian Shield
Development Company has recently instigated major changes in the management
of its coal subsidiary. It is apparent that communication with your agency
and attention to feasible mine planning and permitting has been less than
efficient. We continue to pursue the review of the American Shield Coal
Company Frusta Protect reports and files to evaluate the wisest course of
action for both short term and long term planning. We hope to have the new
management in hand in the very near future and would appreciate the
opportunity for a meettng to discuss ex p.l oration and development plans at
the Frusta deposit.
We would also like to take the opportunity to advise you formally of our
new corporate address and phone number. Should you have any questions or
notices about the Frusta Protect please do not hesitate to contact us at
our Denver/Aurora office.
We apologize for any inconvenience this delay in notifying you of our new
office address has caused. Thank you again for your assistance.
~~~~~ ~~®
L1AR 17 1°S8
MINED I-AND
~ECLgMA7fpN DIVISION
cc: RSCC Dallas
Sincerely,
. ~ f ,i
/ j'.,i .r ~ ~ iv ~Z.L~~ ~~!~w/~. -rte
/ Jams Paul Fernette
American Shield Coal Company
