I've been in touch with Erica in your office and she said I should send you this letter.
Phase II of my mine is going to encroach within 200 feet of 1st Street. This was never
addressed in my permit so I wanted to take care of this issue so as not to run into a problem later.
The County has been sent an agreement to mine this close to 1st Street with no reply as of now. I
will keep working on this on my end.
Enclosed please find an engineer's letter stating there will be no adverse effect on 1st Street
with the recommendations ofthe engineer being followed.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
3B Enterprises, LLC
~~ ~~
Steve Baker
970-326-7356(cell)
