The material supports use <br />of the Pikes Peak Granite material to be removed from the footprint area of the Valley Leach <br />Facility, as well as the use as originally planned of the granitic development rock material placed <br />below the former site of Economic Mill complex, as the underdrain rock. The commitment <br />reads as follows: <br />"All underdrain fill materials 1vi11 be comprised of durable, non-slaking, and <br />chemically inert rock material, and must meet the gradation defined in the <br />tecltnica[ specifications in this Application. /f any underdrain fill materials or soil <br />liner materials that have been placed are shown [o be acid or toxin generators by <br />the geochetnical evaluations acceptable to the O-(jtce, and such materials were <br />placed prior to receipt of OMLR approval, materials not meeting the criteria will <br />be completely removed, properly disposed of, and replaced with acceptable fill. <br />The technical specifications included in this Application (Volumes V and Vl, <br />Appendix E; February 28, 1994) are understood by CC&V to constitute <br />enforceable permit parameters. " <br />
