Boh Beasley met our field representative, Tom Bridge <br />of Southwest Land Services, Inc., at Die Hard /E9 which is one <br />of. your oil wells located on the Ted R. Hubbs Family Trust land <br />near Marvel, Colorado. Mr. Heasley located the underground <br />pipeline that connects the Die Hard N1 and /{4 we.l.ls and which <br />transacts a portion of our gravel pit area. He identified the <br />pipeline as "abandoned" and requested that when our gravel pit <br />operations reach the pipeline that it be disassembled and stored <br />at the Diehard N4 for idilliford Energy Company's future use. <br />P7r neaeley also requested that if the pipe, or Portions thereof <br />were damaged beyond use, a replacement cost or replacement part <br />wou1~9 he supplied to S~7illiford Energy Company. *ir. Heasley also <br />reported that he Mould bloia out the pipeline prior to gravel <br />mining because he was not sure if there was a check valve in <br />the line. <br />~titr.
