I stand behind my <br />statement that OSM misleads, misrepresents, abuses, and contributes to the destruction of <br />citizens' properties by the coal industry. The statement is not unfounded. The only error <br />I committed was the omission of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology in my <br />prior statement. To make disparaging remarks of another that party must have acted in a <br />degrading or wntemptuous manner. If the shoe fits... The dedication to the goals and <br />objectives of the Act of 1977 as demonstrated during the investigation of my complaint <br />by the employees of the OSM and DMG was obscured by the'v failure to review the facts <br />with complete objectivity without being influenced by Basin's dishonesty and deceit. <br />The Native Americans, whose lands are being destroyed, homes being damaged and basic <br />rights being denied would question your dedication in upholding the "Act".
