Thank you for waiving <br />the fees to copy the material you provided. Of the sixty-two (62) pages you provided, 23 <br />pages or approximately 2/3rds of the material you sent were copies of letters authored by <br />me. <br /> <br />I do note the following with regard to the material you provided: <br />1. My July 20th letter was received by the DOI on July 24th ,not the 30'~ as <br />previously represented to me; <br />2. A request by the FOIA officer was sent to all departments seeking copies <br />of the material I requested by August 12, 1998, or 91 days ago; <br />3. None of the material you produced was generated by the Aenver OSM <br />office; <br />4. None of the material you produced dealt with my inquiries involving the <br />SDPS program <br />As of the date of this letter I have waited 119 days for copies of my FOIA <br />material. <br />My July 20t° letter requested the following. The status of the government's <br />responses are noted in bold italic letters. <br />1. Any and all records that mention, refer to, relate to, discuss, or in any way <br />concern a decision by any department official or employee concerning the appeal <br />presently on file, Docket Number IBLA 96-91, J6n Tatum and Associates, Ann <br />and Jim Tatum. <br />s <br />
