Numbers 1 <br />and 4 above should be moderate priority and number 2 and 3 should be low <br />priority. Number 3 could shift from low to high priority depending on <br />whether a bond release request comes in. I would suggest that the <br />verification of Peabody data validity via the methods in numbers 4 and b <br />above should be top priority at this mine. <br />Nucla <br />1. Ne have no MLRD vegetation data on this mine to my knowledge. Again, it <br />would be useful to determine when Peabody is going to sample this year <br />and sample those same areas at approximately the same time to verify <br />their data. <br />2.
