Executive Officer of CF6I Steel Corporation. Mr. Yaklich is <br />familiar with the operations of Albuquerque Metals Company, Denver <br />Metals Company and Kansas Metals Company (collectively the "Metals <br />Companies"). The Reorganized Debtors have contracted with Mr. <br />Yaklich to provide services in connection with the operation, <br />marketing and sale of certain assets previously owned by the Metals <br />Companies and transferred to Reorganized CF&I Steel Corporation <br />under the Plan, as set forthwith in an Employment Agreement, a copy <br />of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br />~ 8. The Reorganized Debtors have retained the Pueblo, <br />Colorado accounting firm of McDonald, Holligan & McPherson, Inc. to <br />perform general accounting services for the Reorganized Debtors i <br />with compensation to be based on an hourly rate consistent with <br />such accounting firm's normal rates. <br />9. The Reorganized Debtors have employed the Wheatland, <br />Wyoming law firm of Jones, Jones, Vines S Hunkins to assist as <br />local counsel in connection with law-suit commenced in Wheatland, <br />Wyoming that has now been resolved. The fees paid and <br />reimbursement of costs to Jones, Jones, Vines & Hunkins was less <br />than 51,000.00. <br />10. Although Court approval is not required for the ~ <br />Reorganized Debtors to enter into the above described agreements <br />and retain the above identified professionals, the Governing <br />5 <br />
