PonrganlZed CFSI <br />Fabricators of Utah, Inc., Reorganized CF&I Fabricators of <br />Colorado, Inc., Colorado ~ Utah Land Company, Kansas Metals <br />Company, Albuquerque Metals Company, Reorganized Pueblo Metals <br />Company, Reorganized Pueblo Railroad Service Company ("Reorganized <br />Debtors"), by and through their co-counsel, Ray, Quinney ~ Nebeker, <br />file this Notice that Reorganized Debtors Have Entered Into <br />Consulting Agreement, Employment Agreement, Service Agreement, and <br />Have Retained Legal Counsel and Accountants. In connection with <br />this Notice, Reorganized CF&I Steel Corporation represents as <br />follows: <br />1. On November 7, 1990, CF&I Steel Corporation, together <br />with its subsidiaries (collectively "CF&I"), filed voluntary <br />petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United <br />States Bankruptcy Code. <br />2. In December of 1992, CF&I filed Debtors' and Railroad <br />Trustee's First Amended and Restated Joint Plan of Reorganization <br />Dated December 1, 1992 .(the "Plan") with the Bankruptcy Court. <br />3. An Order Confirming Debtors' and Railroad Trustee's First <br />Amended and Restated Joint Plan of Reorganization Dated December 1, <br />1992 (the "Confirmation Order"), was entered by the Bankruptcy <br />Court in February of 1993. <br />4. Under the terms of the Plan, the Reorganized Debtors are <br />to be operated pursuant to those certain Provisions for Post- <br />2 <br />
