Long <br />Division Director <br />RE: Depth of Stockpiled Soil and Request for Allowance to Store at Greater than <br />Twenty-Feet Thickness <br />Dear Mr. Hardaway: <br />The Division has received your request to stockpile topsoil in exceedance of the approved <br />20 feet height or thickness. At this time the Division approves your request with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The operator must take general soils analyses for every 5 acre feet of soil <br />replaced on reclaimed areas. <br />2.
