Long <br /> Dwisian Director <br />Re: Carbon Junction Mine (Permit No. C-92-080) Resident Agent <br />Dear Ms. Pautsky: <br />Although I have not had an opportunity to speak with Jim Hendricks yet, I did receive a message stating <br />that he is no longer employed by Oakridge Energy. The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Regulations, 2.03.4(2)(6) require a resident agent for the mine who is located in the county that the mine <br />operates in to administer the affairs of the mine and to maintain the required permit and records. <br />Therefore, the Division needs the name of Mr. Hendricks' replacement in order to meet the requirement <br />of the rules and that inspections, record reviews, and other business can continue as normal. <br />Please provide the Division the name, address, telephone number, and SSAN of the individual you <br />appoint as the resident agent as soon as possible. <br />Should you have any questions regarding this matter or are in need of additional information, please contact <br />me. <br />Sincerely, <br />arty B.
