• i ~ <br /> <br />Introduction <br />• <br />The purpose of this report is to provide Adams County and <br />the State of Colorado with information needed to approve a <br />40+ acre open pit gravel mining operation at 132nd and Nome <br />~ Street in Adams County, Colorado. The applicant feels the <br />interests of the area, the Comprehensive Plan, and State law <br />will be served by mining the property and returning the land <br />to a useable condition as a rural-residential subdivision. <br />• <br />Described in this document with accompanying maps is a pro- <br />posal which to our knowledge complies with all County and <br />State regulations.
