It does not seem that the letter is an objection to the Technical Revision 55, and <br />we will proceed with our review of Technical Revision 55 with this understanding. <br />Please notify us immediately if this understanding is not correct. <br />The January 9, 2004 letter states "Please be advised that our citizens' complaint <br />encompasses the loss of water.....". It is not cleaz whether the January 9, 20041etter is the <br />citizen complaint to which you refer, or whether you aze referring to another previous or <br />forthcoming citizen complaint.
