(Paragraph 3.) For commercial operations the inlet pressure may range between 300 to <br />700 psig at the surface. If testing is conducted, the results shall be provided to the EPA, <br />and inlet pressures maybe adjusted if warranted. For the nineteen (19) wells listed <br />above, the inlet pressure may vary between 300 to 800 psig. <br />The Yankee Gulch Project Area Permit (CO3858) is hereby modified to reflect the <br />increased injection pressure as approved by the Director for the nineteen existing wells listed in <br />the new Permit language. All other existing; or new wells covered by this Permit are limited to a <br />MAID of 700 psi until such time as the Perrnitee demonstrates that an increased pressure is <br />justified. This Minor Permit Modificatioiu is effective immediately.
