I have bolded the changed or added text, and also added the source of the change or addition wherever possible. Some minor changes were simply to clarify an item, such as to state the depth to bedrock was 30± feet rather the original statement of 20' to 30+' or 0' H to 1'V temporary slope instead of/='H to 1'V, etc. In these cases, I made the appropriate change, but didn't identify the source. I've only included exhibits with changes. If no changes were necessary, then I didn't include them. I've included a set of the maps with all the previous revisions. The only changes to the maps from what you've already seen, was to have the notes be consistent with those in the narrative's of the Exhibits, and add a chart on the maximum disturbed area at any one time on Exhibit F consistent with those in the revised Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs. I also placed all the items related to the Fulton Wildlife Bide, versus the Cooley Reservoir side, together. Before the notes that affected each area were mixed up with one another, and it was confusing. Finally, I've also included a copy of the Wetlands Delineation Report that is being submitted to the Corp of Engineers. Until clearance and/or a 404 permit is received from the Corp of Engineers, the restrictions on mining in these identified areas in Mining Phases lA, 1B, and the Plant Site will be followed. Please let me know any changes, additional comments you want included, any items I forgot, or if myself and Mike Refer need to meet with you on any issue. Once we've agreed on all the changes, I will either make you a revised set of Exhibits and delete the bold changed or added teat and the .coerce ojtlre change or addition note. When I do that, you need to let me know how many complete sets of the revised exhibits you need for your files and others. If you want, I can also make a bound booklet set to give to UD&FCD, or other agency, interested party, etc. that you feel needs to have a copy of the complete revised apphcation.
