Bradley and Esther M.
Bradley of Somerset, Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Bradley own real
property in Somerset, specifically Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Town
of Somerset, according to the recorded plat thereof, which will
be adversely affected by the proposed decision approving the
above-referenced application. I am therefore requesting on
behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Bradley a formal hearing before the Mined
Land Reclamation Board on the proposed decision. The specific
objections to the proposed decision giving rise to the request
for hearing are as follows:
1. The land to be used for mine access to Colorado Highway
133 lies within 300 feet of the Bradley residence.
2. The roadway to be used for mine access to Colorado
Highway 133 encroaches on the Bradley property.
Very trply~o4irs,
Dodson
MRD:ls
