The operator has
complied with this condition.
(3) Submittal of three cross-sections through the various subsidence
monitoring sets. The operator has complied with this condition.
(4) Submittal of a discussion of accuracy of the subsidence monitoring
surveying techniques being utilized. Further, immediate resumption of the original monitoring program
at any time at which normal operating status is resumed. This is a condition
applicable to future operator performance.
Therefore, the operator has complied with all currently applicable
conditions (1) through (4), placed upon Permit No. C-016-81 during approval of
the subsidence monitoring program amendment.
cc: Brian Munson
Doc.
