This final
phase involves regrading the remaining coal material on site,
topsoil replacement, reseeding, sediment pond removal, channel
reconstruction and sealing and plugging four (4) methane
degasification wells.
Work in this area is scheduled to begin in late September and end
in early November. The work involved under this job is located
away from the rail road tracks, and should not interfere with the
loadittg of coal at the West Elk Mine.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call me
at (303) 866-3567.
Sincerely,
Erica S.
