SEC'iIONEIGHT <br />Conclusions and Recommendations <br />Post Construction Testing: <br />Post construction will then be conducted in accordance with the Performance Standards in the <br />SEO Guidelines for Lining Criteria for Gravel Pits to document that seepage into the reservoir <br />does not exceed three times the Design Standard leakage rate. For the subject cutoff wall, the <br />Performance Standard will allow approximately 420 gpm (3 times the Design Standard rate of <br />140 gpm). The testing will consist of an initia190-day test to measure the amount of unregulated <br />groundwater inflow into the reservoir. The initial test will be followed by monthly water balance <br />accounting of inflows, outflows, and reservoir storage changes. <br />As-Built Drawings and Final Reporf: <br />Prepare a final construction report detailing the installation of the cutoff wall, describing any <br />problems that occurred, and listing the results of testing that was conducted under the quality <br />assurance/quality control plan.
